The Titans have traded out of the 33rd pick with the New York Giants. We will update this thread with the details as they become available.
UPDATE- Albert Breer reports the Titans got a 2, 4 and a 7 from the Giants. The Giants second round pick is #40. So they moved back 7 spots and picked up 2 extra picks.
This roster needs a major overhaul. The quickest way to do that is by acquiring extra picks. It would have been nice to see them get a 3 instead of a 4, but we will take it. The Titans now have one third round pick, 2 fourth round picks, 1 fifth, 2 sixths and 1 seventh. They didn't have a 7th round pick before because they traded it to the New England Patriots in the Akeem Ayers deal.
The Giants used the pick to acquire S Landon Collins. He is not a guy the Titans were going to be interested in here becuase they pretty much already have a guy just like him in Da'Norris Searcy.
According to Michael David Smith, the trade the Titans and the Giants worked out was exactly even:
