1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State (Scouting report)
Winston has always been and will continue to be their guy. I'm sure we'll hear about how much they like Mariota in the next few days, but don't believe it. Jameis is the pick.
2. Tennessee Titans: Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon (Scouting report)
Leonard Williams is tempting, but for the 1000th time -- if you don't have a quarterback you are nothing in the NFL. Mariota is a legitimate talent and will be able to play in any scheme. He does a lot of the little things well, especially from a mechanical standpoint. He's durable, intelligent and squeaky clean off of the field. This really is a no-brainer.
3. Jacksonville Jaguars: Vic Beasley, EDGE, Clemson (Scouting Report)
The Jaguars land the most explosive player in this class. Having a dominant pass rusher is a must in a division that features Andrew Luck.
4. Oakland Raiders: Leonard Williams, DL, USC (Scouting Report)
The Raiders continue to stockpile defensive talent. Jack Del Rio gets another key piece in his front seven.
5. Washington Redskins: Dante Fowler Jr. (Scouting Report)
Personally, I think this is entirely too high for Fowler, but everything we've seen points towards a top five selection. Fowler will step in and fill the shoes of departed pass rusher Brian Orakpo.
6. New York Jets: Amari Cooper, WR, Alabama (Scouting Report)
Simply put, the Jets can't pass on Cooper's talent here. They've been without play-makers for so long, why not add Cooper to an offense with Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker?
7. Chicago Bears: Kevin White, WR, West Virginia (Scouting Report)
Time to replace Brandon Marshall. Alshon Jeffrey and Kevin White would be a fantastic duo for the next ten years.
8. Atlanta Falcons: Bud Dupree, EDGE, Kentucky
Bud Dupree has a long way to go a pass rusher, but Dan Quinn is the perfect guy for him to land with. You can't beat Dupree's first step.
9. New York Giants: Todd Gurley, RB, Georgia (Scouting Report)
A bit of a surprise here, but why not? You aren't going anywhere with Shane Vereen, Andre Williams and Rashad Jennings running the ball for you.
10. St. Louis Rams: Andrus Peat, OT, Stanford (Scouting Report)
The Rams grab their left tackle here, allowing Greg Robinson to slide over to the right tackle spot.
11. Minnesota Vikings: Brandon Scherff, OG, Iowa (Scouting Report)
Scherff would fix a lot of issues for the Vikings. He's a nasty run blocker that would pave the way for Adrian Peterson's return.
12. Cleveland Browns: Danny Shelton, DT, Washington (Scouting Report)
The Browns get a lot tougher up front with Shelton. He'll come in a shore up a defense that struggled against the run last season.
13. New Orleans Saints: Marcus Peters, CB, Washington (Scouting Report)
Character issues here, sure, but Peters is by far the best cover corner in this class. If they truly want to build through defense, Peters would be a great start.
14. Miami Dolphins: DeVante Parker, WR, Louisville (Scouting Report)
Adding Parker would finally give Ryan Tannehill a guy that could go up and get the ball. Landry, Stills and Parker would be a great core.
15. San Francisco 49ers: La'el Collins, OT, LSU (Scouting Report)
Collins would slide into a guard role in San Francisco. He would replace Mike Iupati and could fill in at right tackle if needed.
16. Houston Texans: Shane Ray, EDGE, Missouri (Scouting Report)
Ray's slide comes to an end in Houston as the Texans add yet another pass rusher. Ray would fill the role that Brooks Reed vacated last season, giving Houston some insurance on Clowney.
17. San Diego Chargers: TJ Clemmings, OT, Pittsburgh (Scouting Report)
Clemmings is one of the best prospects that nobody seems to be talking about. He has left tackle ability, despite having played just two seasons on offense.
18. Kansas City Chiefs: Dorial Green-Beckham, WR, Missouri (Scouting Report)
The Chiefs finally break down and get Alex Smith some help. DGB and Maclin would be the best receiver duo that Smith has ever had.
19. Cleveland Browns: Breshad Perriman, WR, UCF (Scouting Report)
Whoever the Browns start at quarterback is going to need more than just Dwayne Bowe. Perriman offers size and elite speed.
20. Philadelphia Eagles: Landon Collins, SS, Alabama
The Eagles get tougher here by adding the enforcing Landon Collins. He's a pure strong safety that would add some pop to the Eagles defensive backfield.
21. Cincinnati Bengals: D.J. Humphries, OT, Florida
Both starting tackles in Cincinnati are entering contract years, so the Bengals grab the rising Humphries here. He needs to add strength, but he has starting left tackle written all over him.
22. Pittsburgh Steelers: Randy Gregory, EDGE, Nebraska (Scouting Report)
The Steelers take a chance on one of the best pass rushers in this class. If Gregory can mature a bit, they will have a steal.
23. Detroit Lions: Kevin Johnson, CB, Wake Forest (Scouting Report)
The Lions shore up their secondary and get a guy with a big time attitude. Johnson lacks long speed, but he won't back down from anyone.
24. Arizona Cardinals: Owamagbe Odighizuwa, EDGE, UCLA
The rich get richer. Adding a stud pass rusher to that defense would send that group over the top.
25. Carolina Panthers: Nelson Agholor, WR, USC
More weapons for Cam Newton. Agholor is the perfect number two receiver, adding value with his return skill as well.
26. Baltimore Ravens: Devin Smith, WR, Ohio State (Scouting Report)
One Smith leaves, another arrives. Devin is the second coming of Mike Wallace and will provide Joe Flacco with a deep threat.
27. Dallas Cowboys: Trae Waynes, CB, Michigan State (Scouting Report)
Waynes fall ends with Dallas, who badly needs help in the secondary. I don't love Waynes as a prospect, but at 27 the value is there.
28. Denver Broncos: Carl Davis, DL, Iowa (Scouting Report)
Wade Phillips gets his nose tackle. Davis is quick and powerful, but has an inconsistent motor. If he gives his all on every snap, he's a star.
29. Indianapolis Colts: Arik Armstead, DL, Oregon
The top 15 talk for Armstead was always too rich for me. He's an upside pick with a lot of developing left to do, but you can't deny his raw talent.
30. Green Bay Packers: Byron Jones, CB, Connecticut
Jones sneaks into the first round after his great combine performance. The Packers' secondary is one of the few weak spots on this roster.
31. New Orleans Saints (from Seattle): Preston Smith, EDGE, Mississippi State
The Saints got their corner earlier, now they get a stud pass rusher. Smith has been rising lately and for good reason. He's in my personal top 15 overall.
32. New England Patriots: Malcom Brown, DT, Texas
The Patriots add another productive player to their front seven rotation. Brown can fill some of the time vacated by Vince Wilfork.
Round 2

54. Detroit Lions: Xavier Cooper, DT, Washington State
55. Arizona Cardinals: Eli Harold, EDGE, Virginia (Scouting Report)
56. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jalen Collins, CB, LSU
57. Carolina Panthers: Donovan Smith, OT, Penn State
58. Baltimore Ravens: T.J. Yeldon, RB, Alabama
59. Denver Broncos: Hau'oli Kikaha, EDGE, Washington
60. Dallas Cowboys: Mario Edwards Jr., DL, Florida State
61. Indianapolis Colts: Jordan Phillips, DT, Oklahoma
62. Green Bay Packers: Clive Walford, TE, Miami
63. Seattle Seahawks: P.J. Williams, CB, Florida State
64. New England Patriots: Ifo Ekpre-Olomu, CB, Oregon

69. Washington Redskins: Justin Hardy, WR, ECU
70. New York Jets: Nate Orchard, EDGE, Utah
71. Chicago Bears: Henry Anderson, DL, Stanford
72. St. Louis Rams: Garrett Grayson, QB, Colorado State
73. Atlanta Falcons: Quentin Rollins, CB, Miami (OH)
74. New York Giants: Daryl Williams, OT, Oklahoma
75. New Orleans Saints: Denzel Perryman, LB, Miami (Scouting Report)
76. Minnesota Vikings: Jaquiski Tartt, SAF, Samford
77. Cleveland Browns: Davis Tull, EDGE, Chattanooga (Scouting Report)
78. New Orleans Saints: Paul Dawson, LB, TCU
79. San Francisco 49ers: Rashad Greene, WR, Florida State
80. Kansas City Chiefs: Bryce Petty, QB, Baylor
81. Buffalo Bills: Gerod Holliman, SAF, Louisville
82. Houston Texans: Mike Davis, RB, South Carolina

87. Pittsburgh Steelers: Tre McBride, WR, William & Mary
88. Detroit Lions: Tyler Lockett, WR, Kansas State
89. Carolina Panthers: Trey Flowers, EDGE, Arkansas
90. Baltimore Ravens: Anthony Chickillo, EDGE, Miami
91. Dallas Cowboys: Kwon Alexander, LB, LSU
92. Denver Broncos: Ty Sambrailo, OT, Colorado State
93. Indianapolis Colts: Tre Jackson, OG, Florida State
94. Green Bay Packers: Ali Marpet, OL, Hobart
95. Seattle Seahawks: Buck Allen, RB, USC
96. New England Patriots: Josh Shaw, DB, USC
97. New England Patriots (Compensatory): Jeff Heuerman, TE, Ohio State
98. Kansas City Chiefs (Compensatory): Cody Prewitt, SAF, Ole Miss
99. Cincinnati Bengals (Compensatory): Ray Drew, EDGE, Georgia
Bonus Titans' selection atop round four
100. Tennessee Titans: Rob Havenstein, OT, Wisconsin
