Mike Garafolo is reporting that Hakeem Nicks's people are telling other teams that the receiver will be signing with the Tennessee Titans:

I like this move assuming there isn't much guaranteed money involved. The Titans need all the help they can get at receiver. Nicks might not be able to help. If that is the case, then they can cut him and move on.
However, if he can regain what he had when he was with the Giants, then they good have a really good player for a good bargain.
Nicks had back to back 1,000 yard seasons with New York in 2010 and 2011. For his career he has 349 catches for 5,027 yards and 31 touchdowns. He was also drafted one spot ahead of Kenny Britt in the 2009 NFL Draft.
