The Titans have signed offensive tackle Byron Bell. He has been with the Carolina Panthers since 2011 when they signed him as an undrafted free agent.
I concur with what Tom Gower said on Twitter about this signing:
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-partner="tweetdeck"><p><a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Titans?src=hash">#Titans</a> adding Byron Bell relatively increases odds of mid/late-round RT selection, decreases odds of early (Rd 2) RT selection</p>— Tom Gower (@ThomasGower) <a href="https://twitter.com/ThomasGower/status/590972849906700289">April 22, 2015</a></blockquote>

This is another circumstance where the Titans have made the team marginally better. They will still look to upgrade the position, or at least bring in someone who can be competition in camp.
