The Tennessee Titans biggest offseason addition continues to be former Pittsburgh Steelers defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau. The Hall of Fame coach/player has decided to add more responsibility to his job rather than to force the players to have more on their plates.

That may not sound like a big change, but it is pretty huge. LeBeau has decided that instead of implementing his offense word for word, he is going to use the current Titans vocabulary so as not to confuse anyone. Its small veteran moves like this that make rebuilding a defense easier.
Instead of teaching the veterans new terminology on week one he can focus on concepts, plays, responsibilities, etc. Even if this only puts the Titans a week ahead of schedule, it is a week they need.
