Nate Washington has agreed to terms on a one-year deal with the Houston Texans. The deal, according to John McClain is worth $1 million with just $30,000 of that being guaranteed. Washington spent the last six seasons with the Tennessee Titans. His tenure didn't start off on the best foot, but he was the Titans most consistent receiver for most of the time he was with the team.
Why do players that leave the Titans always go to teams that I hate the most? Steve McNair and Derrick Mason leave to go play for the Baltimore Ravens. Now Nate leaves to go play for the Texans- who the Titans will have to play twice next year. Hopefully he won't be a tool like Mason was when he came back here while playing with the Ravens.
Washington has 411 catches for 6,296 yards and 40 touchdowns in his 9 year career in the NFL.
