Paul Kuharsky of ESPN.com is reporting that the Titans have reached out to Brandon Graham of the Eagles:

Graham is one of the guys we looked at prior to the "legal tampering" as a possible target for the Titans. He is very good off the edge. So good in fact that Pro Football Focus has him as the 2nd best edge rusher available behind Greg Hardy. That would be a huge get for the Titans.
Of course they have contacted, or been linked too, a number of other free agents and nothing has come of it yet. If Derrick Morgan is going to walk, and it sure looks like he is, they are going to need help off the edge. Graham would actually be an upgrade from Morgan. Hopefully they can make it happen.
