Between The Posts: Philly Stunner

A rare player trade sent shockwaves through the NFL today.

Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

The Philadephia Eagles and the Buffalo Bills agreed on a player-swap trade today, with the former agreeing to send their two-time All-Pro running back, LeSean McCoy to the latter, in exchange for talented young linebacker Kiko Alonso. The move was pretty shocking on the surface, but McCoy had been less effective (and less-utilized) in Philly last season. It also gives the Eagles more cap room to play with.

The Bills gained arguably one of the top three running backs in the NFL to help their offense. With a scary defensive front, McCoy could do some damage for Buffalo in the AFC East.

Now getting back to the Titans. Hypothetically speaking, would you have sent the Eagles a talented young player, say Kendall Wright, for LeSean McCoy?
