The Tennessee Titans are in the state of flux at the top of their organization. The instability had been played down by the Adams family thus far, but that is to be expected. The NFL has certainly take notice of the upheaval as well. As soon as the team can stabilize their executive office/ownership, they cab wholly focus on the coming season.
Evaluating GM Ruston Webster and second year HC Ken Whisenhunt will ultimately fall to whomever is selected to run the show. Hopefully there's no question that they should stay at the end of the 2015 season, but we know that this may very well not be the case.
Big strides need to be made on both sides of the ball before the current regime can be beyond fear for their jobs, and to make fans forget the pain of the 2-14 season. The jury is out as to whether Whisenhunt and Webster are the ones to take the Titans back from the depths of the AFC cellar. I am doubtful, but the off season has seen some very solid moves. A great draft will at least make things interesting.
