Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State

This pick is easy. Winston has the on the field ability to be a franchise quarterback, and we all know that you have nothing until you have the quarterback. Now this pick does not come without risk. Winston has a...how you say...shady reputation off the field. Some of it is probably overblown, but at the very least he has maturity issues. That is not what you want said about your quarterback.
