James Harrison re-signs with Pittsburgh Steelers

Harrison has chosen his longtime home over the Tennessee Titans.

The Tennessee Titans were in the running for James Harrison, but he has made his decision to put on the black and gold to likely end his career.

While I was a big fan of the potential signing, the Titans obviously weren't as interested. The 14th best 3-4 pass rusher according to PFF still clearly has something left in the tank, and by all of his comments it seemed like the Titans were the top contender to sign him.

With more money to spend and Harrison's favorite person in the world (Dick LeBeau) as recruiting tools, I can only assume that the Titans really weren't that interested in bringing him in. While the free agent market has dried up, the Titans still have plenty of potential free agents that they could bring in if they really wanted to bolster the position.
