The Tennessee Titans woke up today. They announced a flurry of very important signings including OLB's Derrick Morgan and Brian Orakpo, Tight End Anthony Fasano, Kicker Ryan Succop, and defensive lineman Karl Klug. They added ex-Bills safety Da'Norris Searcy and WR Harry Douglas yesterday, to form a pretty good-looking group on paper.
The team still needs help at RT, WR, and RB as well, but it is a lot to ask from a team to fill every need in one offseason, especially one with as many holes as Tennessee had. Hopefully the quality on paper translates to more wins for the Titans. For me, OT has to be the highest priority at this point.
A killer draft would go a long way in turning this maligned squad around. It doesn't mean we can ignore Ken Whisenhunt's strategically flawed approach to offense that he put on full display in 2014. But it at least gives the team the shot in the arm it needed...theoretically.
PS: Don't go a mess it all up by signing Trent Richardson Ruston.
