Jim Wyatt talked to James Harrison's agent, Bill Parise, and he said his client is interested in playing for the Titans. As you might have guessed, the connection here is Dick LeBeau. Harrison played for LeBeau in Pittsburgh from 2004-2012 and 2014.
Here is what Harrison's agent told Wyatt:
We are certainly interested,'' agent Bill Parise said. "James feels very, very strongly about coach LeBeau. And I know Dick feels the same way. It's a natural thing. I'm sure the Steelers are still in play, too. It will probably be one of those. I hope it's one of those. We are not ruling anybody out, but the two logical fits are Tennessee and Pittsburgh. Those are the team teams that make the most sense.
If the Titans can get the 2007-2010 version of Harrison, that would be fantastic. The problem is, however, that they cannot (in case you didn't know). Harrison turns 37 in May. He did have 5.5 sacks for the Steelers last season, but his most productive days are behind him. The Titans should pass on this one.
