#Titans to host Brian Orakpo on a free agent visit.
According to Terry McCormick of TitanInsider, Outside Linebacker Brian Orakpo is scheduled to visit the Tennessee Titans. The Titans are in desperate need of players at this position. Orakpo, a former first round pick, has all of the tools to be a premier pass rusher in the league. That being said, he has struggled with several injuries throughout his career, most recently a pectoral tear for the second time.
One of the major aspect's of Orakpo's game is his strength. His bull rush is one of his main, patented pass-rushing moves. It is fair to wonder if he still has the same strength that once made him a top pick in the NFL draft. If Orakpo can stay healthy, this would be a major acquisition for the Titans, especially if they can sign him to a team-friendly deal, due to his health concerns. Expect things the surface quickly on this front, as reports have continually stated that the Titans are in play.
Hopefully the Titans won't let him leave without a contract. They need to add multiple players who can create pressure off the edge. Orakpo could be a good first piece.
