Between The Posts: NFL Attrition

With the Tennessee Titans coming off the worst season in franchise history, it is clear why so many fans here and elsewhere are critical of the coaching staff and want to see major changes. My question for tonight; regardless of what your actual expectations of next season are, what record (or accomplishments) do you think it will take in order to keep Whisenhunt and company in town for 2016?

I would be thrilled to even get back to 8-8 territory next season, but obviously there are a ton of roster changes and personnel shakeups to occur before we can accurately gauge the team's coming season. Is six wins enough to keep the staff intact? Or does the team need to make more significant progress toward Tommy Smith's optimistic goals?
