Ruston Webster said today from the combine in Indianapolis that you are swimming upstream until you have the quarterback position figured out. He also announced that water is wet. As you might imagine, Webster spent most of his time answering quarterback questions.
He said all of the things that you would expect- they are still evaluating Zach Mettenberger and are doing their homework on Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota. The national media came away from the presser convinced that the Titans are taking a quarterback:

You already knew that Webster wasn't going to commit to anything here. He wants all of his options on the table so that the pick is the most valuable it can be.
