The Tennessee Titans have the #2 pick in the NFL draft as we all know, and Joe Fann of Titans Online is doing a Top 10 for #2. His featured player today is Lord Voldemort himself, also known as He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named. I really hope that the Titans do not draft him, although we do need some sort of wizardry to raise this team from the depths of the rebuilding.
