Albert Breer is reporting that the Cleveland Browns could have an interest, and a connection, to Oregon QB Marcus Mariota.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>As <a href="https://twitter.com/SBJLizMullen">@SBJLizMullen</a> said, Marcus Mariota has signed with <a href="https://twitter.com/Rep1Sports">@Rep1Sports</a>, which had Blake Bortles last year. Interesting twist here, too.</p>— Albert Breer (@AlbertBreer) <a href="https://twitter.com/AlbertBreer/status/565183611792412672">February 10, 2015</a></blockquote>

Now as I always say this time of year, you cannot believe anything you hear, but this is an interesting rumor. It is of particular interest to the Titans because the Browns are the only team in this draft that currently has 2 first round picks. If the Titans are going to trade out, they need a big return in this draft. The Browns could provide that. It is something to keep an eye on.
