It is always more fun to look at the power rankings after a win. The one thing that has jumped out so far when reading the power rankings at these various sites has been the pub Dorial Green-Beckham is getting. Yesterday I asked if that game was a turning point for DGB. People around the internet think it is and people around the internet are never wrong.
Anyway, here is our weekly look at NFL power rankings around the web. I will update it throughout the day.
SB Nation: 28 (LW:31)
NFL.com: 28 (LW:31)
Crazy win for the Titans on Sunday. Their defense couldn't stop the University of North Texas, much less Blake Bortles, yet that unit delivered the winning score with the fumble recovery on the errant shotgun snap. Then there was Marcus Mariota, who might not be enjoying the team success Jameis Winston is, but who certainly will challenge Winston for the rookie hardware on NFL Honors night.
Yahoo!: 29 (LW:31)
Good to see Dorial Green-Beckham break out with five catches for 119 yards and a touchdown. Next offseason will be very important for him. How bad does he want to be an elite receiver? If he wants it, he has all the physical skills to be one of the NFL's best.ESPN: 27 (LW:30)
Marcus Mariota showed off his rushing skills with an 87-yard scramble on Sunday. Mariota had 112 rushing yards, nearly matching his season total up until that point (137 yards).
