Yesterday Dorial Green-Beckham let a ball go right through his hands and into the hands of a Jaguars' defensive back. It seemed like a killer at the time. Mike Mularkey said after the game that he went to DGB right after that play and told him to shake the mistake off. Mularkey told Green-Beckham that the team was going to need him to make a play.
And make a play DGB did:
Sometimes it just pays to be the biggest dog in the yard. Rumble Dorial Green-Beckham, rumble https://t.co/jXdY5u8U83

This is why the Titans drafted Green-Beckham in the second round. We have already seen flashes of the rare ability that he has. We have also seen how raw he is at times.
The Titans desperately need guys around Marcus Mariota that can make plays. They drafted DGB with the hopes that he would eventually turn into an elite playmaker. He has been down more than up in his rookie season. Hopefully yesterday was a turning point for him.
