Should the Titans hire Chip Kelly?

In case you missed it, the Philadelphia Eagles fired Chip Kelly yesterday.  All of the national people have already started suggesting that there should be a reunion between Kelly and Marcus Mariota with the Titans.  Do you think this is a good idea?

I am going to post a poll below for people to vote.  Here is how I see the pros and cons of Chip Kelly:

PROS:

He is a good football coach.  Just go back and look at what he did with Nick Foles.  There is no doubt he could find success with Mariota.

His offense is fun to watch and is not as unconventional as most people think.

He won 10 games twice in his two years with the Eagles.

CONS:

He is not very good at the people side of being a football coach.  That is a whole lot more important in the NFL than it is in college.  Chip didn't do a good job with that in Philly.

He has the Ken Whisenhunt smartest man in the room complex.  All coaches have a big ego, but Kelly's got him in trouble with the Eagles.  Would he be willing to change?

Kelly might want personnel control, and that would be an absolute deal breaker.
