How many building blocks do the Titans have?

There is a severe lack of talent on the Titans roster.  That is the reason they are 3-11 and in the hunt for the #1 draft pick for the second year in a row- even after drafting a rookie quarterback who put up insane numbers in his rookie year.  It is also the reason that Ruston Webster should cease to be employed with the team once the season is over.

The first thing a new regime will have to do is identify the players on the current roster they can build around.  That list will be extremely short.  It will probably have 5-6 names on it.

That's where you come in.  We need to compile a list of who those players are.  I have some names in mind, but I would like to open it up for comment.  Who are the players that the Titans have on the roster right now who they can build around?  The players that most NFL teams would love to have on their roster.  Again, if you can list more than 6 or 8 at the most, you are doing it wrong.
