The Titans have officially placed Dexter McCluster on IR. That opened up a spot on the 53 man roster. Safety Josh Aubrey was signed from the practice squad to take that spot. Maybe he can replace Michael Griffin in the starting lineup (I kid, kind of). The Titans will have another move to make whenever they transfer Derrick Morgan to IR.
It has also been announced that the Titans signed QB Mike Kafka and WR Nick Harwell to the practice squad. Kafka was a 4th round pick of the Philadelphia Eagles back in 2010. He played in one game for the Eagles back in 2011. Harwell spent some time with the Dallas Cowboys after going undrafted in 2015. He played his college ball at Kansas. You can read his scouting report from Rock Chalk Talk here. Don't read that if you want to feel optimistic about his chances of developing into a solid NFL receiver.
