There is little doubt that not everyone on the Titans gave 100% in the game against the Jets. The biggest violator was Perrish Cox who gave zero effort to try and keep Bilal Powell out of the end zone. There was one guy, however, who was out there busting it- Jurrell Casey.
Take a look at Casey on the play where the Titans secondary couldn't figure out how to lineup:

Casey topped out at over 19 mph during that chase according to Chris Wesseling of NFL.com:
Wow. This is hard to believe. Jurrell Casey hit 19.53 mph on that play, per Next Gen Stats. https://t.co/19SPvwahX1

If he could sustain that in a 40-yard dash it would be a sub-4.2 according to my sources:
@jmorrisMCM @ChrisWesseling @PFF_Sam @PaulKuharskyNFL sub 4.2. Obviously, not sustained over 40 yards, still insanely fast for a big guy

It is a shame that Casey doesn't get more publicity. He is one of the best defensive lineman in the league and there are many people that know it.
