Mike Mularkey said yesterday that Dexter McCluster suffered an injury to MCL against the Jaguars. He is expected to miss 2-3 weeks. I don't know what it is with the Titans and MCL injuries this year, but it has been a big issue. It is the same injury that forced Chance Warmack and Kendall Wright to miss time.
Bishop Sankey is probably the one that benefits the most from this, but they still don't really need to use him now that David Cobb is back. I hope they make more of an effort to get Cobb carries for the rest of the year so they know what they have in him. It seems like the ship has sailed on Sankey.
This does open the door for someone else to return punts and kicks. Harry Douglas handled the punts and Antonio Andrews handled the kickoffs after McCluster went out. I would like to see Tre McBride get a chance against the Raiders.
