2016 NFL Draft Order: Titans back to the 2nd pick

The Tennessee Titans are back in familiar territory when it comes to the NFL Draft order.  They have moved all the way up to the 2nd pick in the draft after yesterday's embarrassing loss to the Houston Texans.  The Detroit Lions currently hold the first pick.
