Titans add Tre McBride and Andrew Turzilli to the 53 man roster

The Titans have officially placed Justin Hunter and Jason McCourty on IR.  That opened up two roster spots.  The Titans filled those spots today with two wide receivers.  The first was Tre McBride who was a 7th round pick of the Titans in the 2015 draft.  He was cut in the final rounds of roster cuts and has been on the practice squad all year.

The second guy they signed was WR Andrew Turzilli.  He was also cut by the Titans back in the summer.  The 49ers added him to their practice squad in October.  Here is what our excellent 49ers blog, Niners Nation, wrote about Turzilli at the time.  Turzilli makes sense because he was with the Titans in camp.  He already knows the offense.

The Titans also released OLB Markus Pierce-Brewster from their practice squad and added OLB Yannik Cudjoe-Virgil and CB Shauille Richardson.  I will write more on those guys later this afternoon.
