Texans cut Ryan Mallett

The Houston Texans cut Ryan Mallett today.  The move comes after Mallett missed the team flight from Houston to Miami because he got "caught in traffic."  What a stupid excuse.

There were a lot of people who thought the Titans should take Mallett when he came out of Arkansas (*cough* danomite *cough*).  I am not right every time, but I was right on Mallett.  He just isn't an NFL quarterback.  There is no doubt he has an NFL arm, but as most people are aware, there is a lot more to playing quarterback in the NFL than just having the arm.

The Texans have signed T.J. Yates.  He will be the back-up when the Texans take on the Titans this Sunday.

This game has the chance to be one of the worst of all time.  Both of these teams have too many issues to count.  Hopefully the Titans go in there and kick the crap out of them because I really hate the Texans.
