Ken Whisenhunt said today in his weekly press conference that Marcus Mariota had an MRI and it showed a sprained MCL. Whiz also added that Marcus was at the facility today and "moving around fine." It sounds at this point like Mariota should be good to go on Sunday, but Wednesday's practice report will give us a better idea.
Adam Schefter is not as confident that Mariota will be able to play:

This will be an interesting week for Whisenhunt. There is no doubt that Mariota is going to want to play. He didn't even come off the field for a play yesterday, but if he isn't healthy enough to help the team win, and that will be Whisenhunt's call to make, the team should go with Zach Mettenberger.
