The inactives are starting to pop up, at least the obvious ones and here are the first names on the list:
Early signs of inactives for Titans?src=hash">#Titans: Charlie Whitehurst, Chase Coffman, Terrance West, Quinton Spain.

So that is the first four:
-QB Charlie Whitehurst
-TE Chase Coffman
-RB Terrance West
-OL Quinton Spain
Spain being inactive should be the last piece of evidence that Chance Warmack is a full go today. This means that Andy Gallik will probably be the primary interior OL backup this week.
One name to watch is Perrish Cox. He has been dealing with a hamstring injury this week and was testing his leg in warmup. I think he is alright to go, but I think it will be a decision between he and Cody Riggs for that DB spot (just in terms of depth, not that Riggs will start) so if you see the name Riggs that means Cox should be safe.
Update:
Cody Riggs has joined those working on the ropes, meaning he will be inactive for #Titans

Pitoitua now doing the heavy kettelbell workouts. Add him to #Titans scratches.

Like I said, Riggs being out is a good sign for Cox. So there is that. Also, with RoPo out, that brings the total up to 6.
Last Titans update:
Correction: Cody Riggs not involved in rope work for #Titans

#Titans inactives: QB Whitehurst, RB West, LB Williamson, G Spain, TE Coffman, DE Pitoitua, NT Hill #MIAvsTEN pic.twitter.com/TktqdSdMIz

Avery Williamson is a pretty surprising inactive, so I guess Zach Brown will get his wish of being a starter today.
Buffalo Bills:
#Dolphins inactives: CB Lippett, CB Dowling, LB McCain, C Brenner, G Linkenbach, WR Hazel, DT Francis

According to PFF these guys have played a combined 45 snaps, so no big help for the Tennessee Titans on this list.
