The first injury report of the week has been released by the Titans and Dolphins. Both teams seem to be relatively healthy at the moment. While the Dolphins have some key players on their list, especially on the defensive side of the ball, it seems as if they will all be ready to go on Sunday. A complete look at the injury report below:
Dolphins
T Branden Albert- Limited (hamstring)
CB Zack Bowman- Limited (shoulder)
DT A.J. Francis- DNP (back)
CB Brent Grimes- Limited (knee)
TE Dion Sims- Limited (concussion)
DE Cameron Wake (hamstring)
Titans
S Michael Griffin- DNP (not injury related)
LB Avery Williamson-DNP (hamstring)
DL Sammie Hill- DNP (knee)
TE Anthony Fasano- Limited (concussion)
T Taylor Lewan- Limited (shoulder)
LB Deiontrez Mount- Limited (knee)
G Chance Warmack- Full participation (knee)
CB Cody Riggs- Full patricipation (knee)
On the Titans side, there are some new names, but outside of Avery Williamson, nothing appears to be serious. The Titans have been pretty vague on Williamson's status, so his participation in practices should help us judge. On Miami's side, the two most notable names are Brent Grimes and Cameron Wake. Grimes has been hobbled by the knee injury since the Jets game, but the sense is that he will be ready for Sunday. How effective he will be is an entirely separate question. Cameron Wake's hamstring has been bothering him for a while, and he's been used situationally. I would look for that to continue as he heals up. Both teams seem pretty healthy right now, but we will see how things progress throughout the week. Stay tuned.
