NFL Mock Draft 2015: This time it isn't Jameis Winston

Dan Kadar has released a new mock draft today, and this one doesn't have the Titans taking Jameis Winston.  That gets the Jommy stamp approval (which is much coveted).  Kadar has the Titans taking Leonard Williams, DL, USC.  Here is what he had to say about the pick:

Again, we're assuming the Titans roll with Mettenberger as the starting quarterback. If they do, Williams should be the top player on their draft board. He'd immediately help fix one of the NFL's worst run defenses and provide some intensity and athleticism up front.

I have not started to look at prospects yet. Kadar points out that Williams helps fix the run defense, and that is nice, but I really want a pass rusher here. Can Williams affect another team's offense like J.J. Watt? If yes, then bring him on. If not, you better go get the guy that can get after the quarterback. It is easier to find run-stopping lineman than it is pass rushers.

I am sure there are a lot of you out there that have seen a lot more of Williams than I have.  I would love to hear your thoughts.
