NFL Draft 2015 Rumor: The Buccaneers are targeting Marcus Mariota

Adam Schefter has an article out with some predictions about the offseason.  His first prediction is about the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and what they might do with the first pick in the draft:

lus, there's a real sense that Tampa Bay has its sights set on Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota. So for now, Mariota shapes up as the most likely No. 1 pick.
This seems like a good time to remind you that you cannot believe anything you read about the draft between now and when the draft actually happens. Teams and agents will be using the media to push some agenda that they have. The truth is always out there, somewhere, but it is impossible to find until the name is called on draft night.

For the Titans, if they are looking to trade out, I don't think it really matters which quarterback the Bucs take as long as they take one of the them. The value of the #2 pick diminishes some if both guys are still on the board.

Schefter also points out in that article that there is going to be a plethora of talent at the wide receiver position on the market. The Titans could use 1...or 2...
