Marvin Lewis did a conference call with the Nashville media today, and he said that he expects A.J. Green to be active for the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday:
#Bengals coach Marvin Lewis says he expects WR A.J. Green to be among 46 healthy bodies available Sunday vs. Titans?src=hash">#Titans.
That is bad news for the Titans, but it is good news for everyone who owns Green on a fantasy football team. From a fantasy perspective, it will be important to keep an eye on his participation this week in practice. He will probably be questionable on Friday's injury report and it will come down to a game time decision.
Now the focus turns to Jason McCourty. He missed most of Sunday's game against the Cowboys after injuring his groin. I have a source (#sources) who told me that McCourty thinks he will be able to go on Sunday. The Titans really need him to be out there because I don't feel very good about Blidi Wreh-Wilson or Coty Sensabaugh being able to contain Green.
There hasn't been any news on McCourty so far this week, but we will get something after practice today. I don't expect him to be out there today, but that doesn't necessarily eliminate him from being able to play on Sunday.
