The Titans haven't started 2-0 since 2008. That was also the last time they made the playoffs. Coincidence? I think not. The Titans are better than the Cowboys on paper, but games aren't played on paper, they're played inside TV sets.
Anyway, this is a good spot for the Titans to prove they are a team that is going to make some noise. They get the #1 FOX broadcast team against America's team. This is a prime chance to seize some of the national media attention they never get. They are only going to do that if they win this game.
Tony Romo was bad last week, but he has always been a streaky quarterback. The Titans defense will need to make him uncomfortable to keep him from getting in a rhythm.
On offense, they just need to keep doing what they did last week- stay balanced and ahead of the chains. They were very effective using basically a 4-man running back rotation. I would like to see that number cut to 3, but I will have no complaints as long as they put up numbers like last week.
