I hope you enjoyed the first of many podcasts from myself and Jimmy last night. We'll be bringing you some fun shows with some great guests.
The Titans are on the precipice of their first "real" football action since last season tomorrow against the Green Bay Packers. There are a lot key position battles to keep an eye on.
1. Blidi Wreh-Wilson vs Coty Sensabaugh
Arguably the biggest camp battle in STSP this season, Blidi Wreh-Wilson is the favorite to step in ATV's shoes and man the outside opposite Jason McCourty. Sensabaugh won't be going down without a fight, however; both have been solid in camp.
2. Taylor Lewan vs Michael Oher
Oher was brought in to start at Right Tackle; the money involved in his deal alone state that fact. Lewan may not beat him out for that starting role, but he'll be pushing for it. I am interested to see how he fairs in his first live NFL action.
3. The fight for the last defensive lineman spots.
The battle for the last spots on the defensive line will likely be a fierce one. Karl Klug, Mike Martin, Lavar Edwards, Antonio Johnson, Al Woods, and I haven't even gotten to the rookie DaQuan Jones yet, all set to be backups on this revamped line. That's a lot of bodies for a limited amount of roster spots.
What are you most looking forward to heading into tomorrow's game?
