I told you yesterday when it was reported that Jay Feely got cut that the Titans could show interest. Turns out, according to Terry McCormick, that I am a prophet. McCormick is reporting that Feely is on his way to visit the Titans.
After thinking about it and reading up more on it, Feely doesn't really make sense for what they said they wanted to do when the cut Rob Bironas. They said they were looking for the next big, young leg. Feely is still very accurate, but his range is not what it once was, and he definitely isn't young.
It makes sense to bring him in because he is more of a sure thing that what is currently on the roster, but that should be as far as it goes.
