Falcons Starters Will Play at Least First Half Against the Titans

We should get a pretty good look at what the Titans will look like this weekend against the Falcons when starters for both teams are expected to play the whole first half.

The third preseason game is typically the "dress rehearsal"- meaning that the starters will play at least the first half.  It seems like that will be the case with the Falcons this weekend according to Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.  That means we will get a good luck at  where the Titans are on both sides of the ball.

The Titans will finally get to face a good quarterback in Matt Ryan.  They haven't looked very good against bad quarterbacks, so this may not go well, but it is something they need.  Hopefully the will remember how to tackle between now and then....

Ken Whisenhunt has given a definitive answer yet on how much the Titans starters will play, but I would expect a similar answer.  The only coach in the history of the world that uses the 4th game as the dress rehearsal is Jeff Fisher.
