Titans Make A Couple of Roster Moves

Steve Vallos has been in the league since 2008.  He appeared in 15 games for the Denver Broncos last year (I am assuming mostly on special teams, although he did get some action at center against the Titans last year).  He will give them another center while Chris Spencer is out.

Kendrick Adams was most recently with the New York Giants.  He is out of LSU.
