Akeem Ayers. The Titans spent a 2nd-round pick on Ayers in the 2011 draft. He hasn't been terrible, but they yet to get 2nd-round production from him. Everyone says that the 3-4 defense is a better fit for him. He will get the chance to prove that in '14, and he might be looking for work elsewhere in '15 if he doesn't.
Zach Brown. Like Ayers, Brown was a second round pick. He has shown flashes of being good but hasn't produced consistently. It will be interesting to see how he fits in Ray Horton's defense.
Colin McCarthy. There was a time where McCarthy was the linebacker the Titans had been desperately hoping for. That seems like a lifetime ago. He has battled numerous injuries and was replaced last year by Moises Fokou. He will need a big camp to get another shot at cracking the starting lineup.
Tommie Campbell. I don't even want to think about how many times the Titans tried to replace Alterraun Verner with Campbell, and how that was probably a pretty big factor in ATV's choice to leave. What I will say is that Campbell has the physical skills to be a productive player. He will get one more camp to prove that those skills mean something.
