Time for some end-of-the-day NFL news.
Atlanta Falcons wideout Roddy White landed a new extension, worth $30 over 3 years. That's a pretty penny for an older wide receiver, but it's well deserved. He and Julio Jones should be returning to the top of the league this season as far as WR Tandems are concerned, barring any further injuries.
Speaking of wide receivers, Jordy Nelson of the Packers is tired of being underpaid apparently. He's seeking a $10 a year deal long term. Not sure he gets anywhere close to that...
With Taylor Lewan now locked up and ready for training camp, all eyes in Tennessee now turn to Jurrell Casey, who's extension was said to be in the works over a month ago. Hopefully that gets done and dusted before too long as well.
That's all for tonight. I'll leave the thread open for off-topic discussion as usual. Have a great evening MCM.
