Between The Posts: Friday Random 10

Your nightly OT open thread.

Charlie Crowhurst

Before we go anywhere tonight, I would first like to apologize for not getting the BTP Post up last night. Therefore, it's only fitting that I give you a little more than our normal Random 10 playlist. Nevertheless, we'll start with the play list and then get into some news and off-topic discussions. Here my 10;

1. Oasis - Don't Go Away

2. Lenny Kravitz - Stillness Of Heart

3. Dire Straits - How Long

4. ATB - Till I Come

5. Bob Marley - Buffalo Soldier

6. Coldplay - Rainy Day

7. Robbie Williams - A Man For All Seasons

8. The Animals - House Of The Rising Sun

9. The Prodigy - Breathe

10. Capital Cities - Safe And Sound

Nobody likes to share, right? Well the Oakland Raiders might end up having to with the 49ers if they can't resolve their worsening stadium situation. NFL Commisioner Roger Goodell has noted that it would be an ideal stopgap if the Raiders can't overcome their issues with their old o.Co Coliseum.

Goodell and Patriots owner Robert Kraft are also pretty outspoken about their desire to get a football team (or two) in the LA market, as well as one in London, England before the decade is out. While I am a Titans fan for life, I have to admit it would be very cool to see a franchise based in London; huge population base, massive public support of professional sports, and a very high standard of living for players based there, no doubt it's an attractive option for the NFL to capture another massive market base. The fact that LA doesn't have a team at this juncture defies logic. I see both cities having a team in the future, with LA's sooner rather than later. What do you think on the matter?
