So my Twitter feed is all lit up this morning with the SHOCKING NEWS that Joel Segal, Chris Johnson's agent, said last night on the radio (You can listen here) that it is just a matter of time until the Titans part ways with CJ2.0YPC. Here's the thing though, this isn't news. That has been known since about this time last year. There was no way they were going to give him another $8 million to be an average running back.
It would be really nice if the Titans would just go ahead and make the move so we can stop talking about when it is going to happen. I know they are just holding out hope that they are going to be able to get something for him, but that isn't going to happen...especially now that his agent has put this out there publicly. That is more than likely why he did it.
