Right now Jake Locker is still the favorite to be the starting quarterback on opening day, but the new Titans staff is putting in the work on the quarterbacks in this draft. I think that is a really good idea. Locker deserves another shot, but they cannot afford to be caught in this same position next year if things don't work out.
Carr is not getting the same press as guys like Teddy Bridgewater, Blake Bortles and Johnny Manziel, but he could be just as good if not better than any of those guys in the NFL.
I don't think they should go quarterback at 11 unless it is a guy they are absolutely in love with, but it would be hard to pass on Carr if he was still there in the 2nd round.
