ESPN In$ider has a blueprint for how the Titans should utilize their offseason both in the draft and in free agency.

Paul Kuharsky does a short analysis on the players that need to step up next year including Gooden, Hunter, and Thompson.

A look at potential free agents the Titans could look at include Houston, the DE from Oakland. He's a real solid player and would be a good addition for sure, but I'm not sure if money could be spent elsewhere.

Another potential FA is Austin Howard, RT for the Jet's who Matt Williamson says is a better pass blocker than a run blocker.

A scout takes a look at D'Qwell Jackson and wonders if the perception of him is a little bloated, aka, he's a tad overrated. Personally, I'd rather have one of Dansby, Smith, Spikes or even Moats, but whatever, its up to the FOs better judgement.

Pollard is excited for 2014, after hearing him talk, I am too.

Jake Locker is on the road to recovery and he too looks forward to 2014.

NFL Combine recap takes us to the running back group, which doesn't have a lot of elite talent, but thats fine. I would like to do a RBBC anyway.

Sidenote: If the Seahawks release Chris Clemons, he is absolutely who we should target in FA. He has proven to be an elite pass rusher and would be a huge boost to our defense. He was the 15th best pass rushing 4-3 end last year and his role would be really similar in Tennessee.
