Ruston Webster finally decided to add an outside linebacker who can get after the quarterback!.  Jim Wyatt has confirmed that Shaun Phillips will be coming here on a 2-year deal.

Like I said earlier, it was important for the Titans to add a veteran pass rusher who had experience in a 3-4.  They have done just that with this move.  Nice work!
