Not much to discuss about the Tennessee Titans today, but if you're a season-ticket holder, you may have gotten a "thank-you" call from Bernard Pollard. I don't know about you, but I'd be pretty pumped to get a call from that guy.
Jared Allen signed with the Chicago Bears today to the tune of 4 years and 32 million dollars, with $15.5 fully guaranteed, along with a voidable 4th year. The Bears won with that deal in my eyes, since most were predicting a $10 million a year deal for the All-Pro Defensive End.
The Annual NFL Owners meeting implemented some changes to the rulebook, including an additional six feet on top of the uprights, to cut down on good-or-not controversy. Other rule alterations included the ability to review a recovered ball, and an inclusion of a central replay system in New York to help officials determine in-game calls.
I know I have written about it in the past, but this doesn't stop being funny from a Titan fan's perspective.
