Our friend Matthew Fairburn from Mocking the Draft has put out a new mock draft today (complete with trades!). There is nothing, and I literally mean nothing, that gramsey likes in life more than mock drafts with trades. This is the best day of his life!
Anyway, Fairburn has the Titans taking Jason Verrett, CB, TCU. Here is what he had to say about the pick:
The Titans need to find another cornerback after Alterraun Verner left in free agency. Jason Verrett may be a bit undersized, but he's still the best cornerback in this class. He has outstanding footwork and closes on the football so well.I need to do some research on Mr. Verrett. What do you know about him?
