A few things to note on this fine Sunday evening.

While I have been avoiding mentioning it, the brewing upheaval in eastern Europe is troubling to say the least. Let's hope things calm down heading into next week, and be thankful that the Winter Olympics was in February instead of March.

The Washington Redskins look close to tagging Brian Orakpo, which is a shame since he is a very good player I would love to see in Two-Toned blue. That said, there was never much reality for him leaving Washington DC anyway, so it should come as no big surprise.

In other news San Fransisco running back Marcus Lattimore, former teammate of Jadaveon Clowney, came to the rescue this weekend with comments dismissing the concerns over Clowney's work ethic. While I think the flags are legitimate, it will be interesting to see how his NFL career plays out, especially in the heavily scrutinized period after the draft is over and done with.
