Here are a few tidbits from the day. I have thoroughly enjoyed the combine, but it will not match up the excitement that will most certainly accompany Free Agency. Beyond this, the thread is yours to take where you will. I will be doing little but watching the Chelsea game from earlier in the day this evening.
Ron Jaworski's eye for quarterbacks seems to be diminishing with age....His evaluation of Locker as the 31st out of 32 NFL QB's a few years back still makes me fume a little. He's not Peyton Manning, but that list was a joke.
In other league news, Thomas Decoud of the Falcons is a likely cut. Despite some criticisms, he is still a very good safety. He might be an option if a Pollard deal doesn't materialize, and/or if the new staff aren't comfortable with Wilson as the step-in starter.
